Power & Machinery Group Co., Ltd. 1995；Established ULVAC Ningbo Co.,Ltd. 2000； Established Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) Machinery Manufacture Co. Ltd. 2001；Established Ningbo Tianli Turbocharging Technology Co., Ltd. 2005；Moved to 1st Phase factory, production capacity risen to 3 million kilowatts 2007；GN8320 diesel engine was developed.
