Ningbo C.S.I. power & machinery Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Shunji machine factory in 1900, is a key backbone enterprise specialized in the production of marine diesel engines and generator sets by the former Ministry of machinery industry of the people's Republic of China. At present, it has developed into an industrial enterprise with high-power medium speed engine, power station generator set as the core industry, vacuum equipment, injection molding machine and other precision machinery as the leading role, international engineering, trade and investment as the wings. There are 15 participating holding enterprises. The group and the participating holding enterprises have a total floor area of 500000 square meters, plant area of 300000 square meters, and total assets of 3 billion yuan.

1900；Established Shunji Machine Factory.Majored in machine maintenance. 1951；Established Ningbo Iron Works，Producing textile machine, Marine machinery maintenance 1957；Renamed as State owned Ningbo Engine Works. Listed as a key enterprise producing diesel engine and generator 1964；4140 medium speed marine diesel engine was successfully developed 1971；6300ZC/600PS medium speed diesel engine was successfully developed 1973；500 kW diesel generator set was successfully developed 1978；G6300ZC marine diesel engine was developed. 1989； N160 diesel engine was developed 1992； Established Ningbo C.S.I. Power & Machinery Group Co., Ltd. 1995；Established ULVAC Ningbo Co.,Ltd. 2000； Established Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) Machinery Manufacture Co. Ltd. 2001；Established Ningbo Tianli Turbocharging Technology Co., Ltd. 2005；Moved to 1st Phase factory, production capacity risen to 3 million kilowatts 2007；GN8320 diesel engine was developed. Awarded as National Hi-Tech enterprises 2008；DN8320 diesel engine was developed 2009；The 3rd Phase factory for large power diesel engine production was completed 2010；N170, N210, DN330, DN340 diesel engines were developed 2011；Won the second prize of National Award for Science and Technology Progress 2012；DF300, DF320 dual-fuel engines were developed 2013；DF6210 Dual-fuel engine was certificated by CCS. N300 series diesel engine and DF170 dual-fuel engine were developed 2016；The 5th phase factory construction and movement were completed
